Bofat Investments Inc. (�the Company) was incorporated in the State of Delaware on May 2nd, 2016. We are a newly formed corporation that is an infrastructure company which creates targeted foreign projects in frontier markets. Bofat Investments Inc., its primary focus is to create projects in the infrastructure sector in the frontier markets, to penetrate the frontier market growth rate, promising new technologies, to achieve synergies in our operations, to tap into well-developed distribution channels, to obtain advantages of undervalued markets, and a myriad of other reasons. Bofat Investments Inc. will start its NPV of a 6 MW combined cycle gas plant that Bofat will build and operate with very promising return on investment. This gas powered plant will run 330 days a year round the clock. It will cost $3,000,000 to build and its total operating expenses including wages will $50/ MWH and the electricity will sell for $69/ MWH. Our growth strategy is in identifying and building on key opportunities in emerging, fast growth markets that are very much asking for dynamic, tangible solutions. This strategy aims to find success in growing and preserving relationships in the region as a method of fostering expansion. The company will centralize administrative functions for all projects such as financial accounting as a way to include the collection of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payrolls. In addition, we intend to centralize corporate services of succession planning, marketing and support. This will insure a smooth operation capable of handling a diverse array of projects.
