CF Fund II, LLC intends to primarily fund, make, acquire, and/or purchase Loans originated by CFI. Meaning, CFI will select which Loans the Company will invest in and conduct the underwriting and approval of all Loans. All Loans will be secured by real property and/or personal property located across the United States with a primary focus in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey. The Company also intends to secondarily fund, finance, acquire, purchase, develop, remodel and/or sell real property located across the United States, with a focus in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
