Our Sponsor, Strategic Realty Holdings (SRH), was formed by Eddie Lorin in 2014. Eddie Lorin, along with his core management team from Strategic Realty Capital (SRC), a private multifamily investment company co-founded by Eddie Lorin, come equipped with more than 100 years of collective experience in multifamily real estate. Since 2001, our management team has successfully purchased and transformed more than $3 Billion worth of multifamily real estate (acting as either Principal or Advisor) amounting to more than 180 communities with approximately 40,000 apartment units nationwide.
