The Company is a developmental stage company that intends to provide financing, marketing and related facilities to building lot owners and licensed contractors to build new homes on these lots and sell these properties. The Company will provide the construction financing through individual investors who will earn a percentage of the profits from the sale of the property. The investor will have a secured loan in the form of a first-position construction loan and a lien on the building lot.
