Pikon Group, Inc. is an internally managed real estate company that plans to acquire, own and manage a portfolio of single-family homes. We are a development stage company, and we expect to use substantially all of the net proceeds from this offering to originate, acquire and structure a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. We currently focus on the eastern United States and in particular the Northern New Jersey area, and in markets that we believe are likely to benefit from favorable demographic changes. We expect to build a high-quality portfolio intended to generate current income and to provide capital preservation, capital appreciation and portfolio diversification. These properties may be existing properties, newly constructed properties or properties under development or under construction.
