Rooshine's business is currently focused on the importation, distribution and sale of alcoholic spirits. On April 1, 2018, the Company entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement with Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd., an Australian corporation (âCloudburstâ), to be the exclusive distributor of Cloudburstâs Rooshine brand of spirits in North America. The Companyâs name represents a combination of Kangaroo and Moonshine made in Australia.
