On April 1, 2018, the Company entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement with Cloudburst Distribution Pty Ltd., an Australian corporation (“Cloudburst”), to be the exclusive distributor of Cloudburst’s Rooshine brand of spirits in North America. The Company’s name represents a combination of Kangaroo and Moonshine made in Australia.
