Royalty Flow Inc. is engaged in the business of acquiring, holding and managing royalty interests derived from intellectual property created in the media industry (âRoyalty Interestsâ). Royalty Interests are passive (non-operating) interests in media catalogs (collections of work) that provide the right to revenue produced from the catalog. As it relates to music catalogs, this includes revenue generated from streaming, downloads, physical album sales and other forms of usage by movies, television and advertisements. Royalty Flow does not currently own any Royalty Interests.
