The Company was incorporated in Florida on January 27, 2017 to seek to provide a method of unifying the investment of funds within minority communities in the United States and underserved communities in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America, to extend the economic benefits of business ownership to previously disadvantaged people in a socially responsible manner.
