Concreit Fund I LLC is a recently organized Delaware limited liability company formed to invest in and manage a diversified portfolio of Direct CRE and Real Estate-Related Securities. We intend to operate in a manner that will allow us to qualify as a REIT for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Among other requirements, REITs are required to distribute to its members at least 90% of their annual REIT taxable income (computed without regard to the dividends paid deduction and excluding net capital gain).
