Cortland Bancorp was incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio in 1984, as a one-bank holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended. The principal activity of the Company is to own, manage and supervise the Cortland Savings and Banking Company ("Cortland Bank" or the "Bank"). The Company presently owns all of the outstanding shares of the Bank.
