Our business model focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of agricultural properties having attractive prospects for agricultural production and/or value appreciation and the selective sale of such properties where appreciation has been realized. We are currently involved in several agricultural activities including: crop & surgarcane production; beef cattle production.
We are also engaged in the Argentine real estate business through our subsidiary IRSA (BYMA: IRS, NYSE: IRS), one of Argentinaâs largest real estate companies. IRSA is engaged in a range of diversified real estate activities including: the development, acquisition and exploitation of office buildings for rental, shopping centers and luxury hotels in Argentina; the development of residential properties; selected opportunistic investments outside Argentina.
