We manufacture our apparel products in the People's Republic of China (PRC) at our two factories located in Nanjing, China. We conduct our production through two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Nanjing New-Talent Garments Company Limited ("New Talent"), and Nanjing Catch-Luck Garments Co., Ltd. ("Catch-Luck"). We also purchase finished goods from other contract manufacturers.
