Fundrise Growth eREIT 2019, LLC is a recently organized Delaware limited liability company formed to originate, invest in and manage a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. We expect to use substantially all of the net proceeds from this offering to originate, acquire and structure a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate properties. We may also invest, to a limited extent, in commercial real estate loans, as well as commercial real estate debt securities and other real estate-related assets. We may make our investments through majority-owned subsidiaries, some of which may have rights to receive preferred economic returns.
