Charter is one of the largest providers of cable services in the United States, offering a variety of entertainment, information and communications solutions to residential and commercial customers. Liberty Broadband's business primarily consists of its interest in Charter. GCI Liberty's other businesses and assets consist of its subsidiary Evite and its interest in Lending Tree.
