Gyrodyne owns, operates, and manages over 182,000 square feet of rental space which is comprised of fifteen buildings located on two properties in Long Island, New York and one in northern Westchester County, New York. The Long Island facilities include the Flowerfield Industrial Park in Saint James and the Port Jefferson Professional Park in Port Jefferson Station, New York, while the Westchester property is comprised of the Cortlandt Medical Center in Cortlandt Manor, New York. The Port Jefferson, Cortlandt Manor, and Fairfax (prior to its sale) properties all represent the Company's focus on investing in the medical office building sector.
