With over twenty years in the food and beverage industry, Jacqueline and Nathan Schoedel are set to open the restaurant they have been dreaming of for years. The Speckled Egg will be a full-service restaurant in the lobby of the historical Union Trust Building in Downtown Pittsburgh and will include breakfast, lunch, and happy houras well as a full bar, grab and go, and catering options to serve the 800 building tenants and others downtown.
