Hoke Poke is a fresh take on a Hawaiian classic, created by four Angeleno friends with a serious love for poke! We serve responsibly-sourced, sushi-grade fresh fish with local produce and original sauces in creatively curated combinations. Choose one of our signature Chefâs Choice bowls, or âDo the Hoke Pokeâ and build your own culinary creation.
Our menu was designed in collaboration with Chef Lauren Haas, a culinary genius and Certified Nutrition Practitioner who splits her time between Los Angeles and Kauai.
