    Chef, Claude Booker, affectionately known as "BOOKER" had a mission! This mission was to bring authentic and great Southern food to North East Ohio. He created SIDES to go! With his motto "Sometimes you just want to eat! He wanted his delicious food to be served in a manner that was fast, friendly and accommodating. So he created the classic Meat & 3 cafe in which he fused with BBQ, Cajun and Southern cuisine at in a manner that is quick, great pricing and huge portions. Source
