With his motto "Sometimes you just want to eat! He wanted his delicious food to be served in a manner that was fast, friendly and accommodating. So he created the classic Meat & 3 cafe in which he fused with BBQ, Cajun and Southern cuisine at in a manner that is quick, great pricing and huge portions. Source
