IF Bancorp, Inc. ("Company") is a savings and loan holding company and is subject to regulation by the Federal Reserve. The Companyâs business activities are limited to oversight of its investment in Iroquois Federal Savings & Loan Association ("Association"). The Association is primarily engaged in providing a full range of banking and mortgage services to individual and corporate customers within a 100-mile radius of its locations in Watseka, Danville, Clifton, Hoopeston, Savoy, and Bourbonnais Illinois and Osage Beach, Missouri. The principal activity of the Associationâs wholly-owned subsidiary, L.C.I. Service Corporation ("L.C.I."), is the sale of property and casualty insurance. The Association is subject to regulation by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
