Following our intent to own stable core technologies, IMTE acquired Marvel Digital Limited (MDL), a technology company that specializes in the development of proprietary glasses-free 3D technology. MDLâs most popular products include glasses-free 3D digital signage, 2D to 3D conversion equipment and glasses-free 3D digital photo frames.
The acquisition of MDL allows IMTE to use the core technologies to develop and customize solutions for our customers and enter new and existing markets for 3D products and services. With the successful addition of MDL, we will continue to acquire technology that can complement our existing business.
