We were incorporated in Israel in 1994 and began marketing our location-based services and wireless communications products in 1995. In September 2005, we completed the initial public offering of our ordinary shares in the United States and our ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market as a Nasdaq National Market security.
