The predecessor of LCNB Corp., The Lebanon Citizens National Bank was formed as a national banking association in 1877. On May 18, 1999, The Lebanon Citizens National Bank became the wholly owned subsidiary of LCNB Corp. In 2007 the Bank changed its name to LCNB National Bank. Source
