Lil Oso is a 25 seat eatery opening in Chattanooga, offering international street food, pub snacks, and grandmaâs cooking. They plan to provide more than just good food though â they plan to provide a Chef experience. Lil Oso plans to host guest Chef pop-up dinners, as well as monthly Chef battles open to the public. There are only a few other restaurants in this area, so Lil Oso will truly be offering something needed and different. Plus, Lil Osoâs chef and operator has formal training from the International Culinary School of America as well as a BA in Hospitality Business and Culinary Arts.
