We make gluten-free comfort food from scratch. Gluten free means no wheat, rye, barley or oats. Some believe its healthy to avoid eating these grains while others who are allergic don't eat them at all. Because beloved foods like fried chicken, waffles, and cookies are almost always made of wheat, we made it our mission to make delicious versions using rice flour, potato starch and other great (& often overlooked) whole grains. Our devotion to flavor is why we've become an Oakland hotspot.
