Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.On January 30, 2015, our Company was spun-off from FRP Holdings, Inc. (f/k/a Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc.) and became a separately traded public company trading under the ticker symbol âPATIâ on the NASDAQ exchange. As part of the separation transaction, our Company retained the rights to the name Patriot Transportation.
The Company currently has one operating subsidiary, Florida Rock & Tank Lines, Inc., which serves the southeastern United States as a premiere bulk tank carrier. Florida Rock & Tank Lines, Inc. specializes in hauling freight consisting mainly of petroleum products and other liquid and dry bulk commodities. We currently have over twenty-five terminal and satellite locations spread across the states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.
For the past decade we have consistently operated as one of the few large, top tier tank truck haulers in the southeastern United States, we have continued to grow our market footprint, our driver count and our revenues and are poised to continue that growth with a strong balance sheet and cash flows, a newly created public stock currency and excellent committed financing from large, well-capitalized financial institutions.
