PCB Bancorp - On July 9, 2007 a bank holding company reorganization was completed whereby PCB Bancorp became the parent holding company for Pacific City Bank. Pacific City Bank opened for business in 2003 with the goal of serving as a true community bank focused on Korean-Americans in the greater Los Angeles area. On the date of the reorganization, each outstanding share of Pacific City Bank common stock was converted into one share of PCB Bancorp common stock and Pacific City Bank became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the holding company. Virtually all of the holding companyâs business is conducted through its sole subsidiary, Pacific City Bank. On August 10, 2018, PCB Bancorp began trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol PCB.
