ProLung is a medical technology company specializing in innovative predictive analytics technology and non-invasive test for the risk stratification of indeterminate pulmonary nodules that can lead to lung cancer. The rapid, non-invasive, and radiation-free ProLung Test⢠was developed to rapidly assess the risk of malignancy in lung nodules found in the chest. Until recently, asymptomatic lung cancer was detected only incidentally. Currently, a lung cancer screen now reimbursed by Medicare, is performed by low-dose computed tomography. This may lead to a dramatic increase in the number of individuals with lung nodules detected, which is intensifying the need for a risk stratification test such as the ProLung Test.
