Swannies began â as all good things do â on a frigid spring round in Minnesota in 2015. By most sane peopleâs standards it was too cold to be out on the links, much less in sandals. But Matt had been playing in sandals since his high school days, and a little frost on the ground wasnât going to keep him from his favorite footwear. âYouâd probably out-drive me one of these days if you had any traction,â I said rather snidely. Little did I know what I had started with that comment. The idea for the a soft spike golf sandal was born. Our initial product has evolved into a full blown golf apparel brand now in over 650 golf courses throughout the US and Canada. Swannies designs modern and affordable golf apparel for millennials to wear on and off the course. Our innate passion and enthusiasm for the game continues to drive that mission today. Source
