The Van Sicklen Group Started in late 2019 as a single food truck with the aspirations of have a fleet of different types of food trucks to serve New England. After teaching himself to cook, James worked in a variety of roles within the industry, learning skills hands-on. Now, it's time to open his own place, offering his own unique take on an American classic.
