We are an urban winery and custom winemaking facility
led by award-winning winemaker, John Irving Levenberg. Located at the Union Collective in Hampden, Baltimore, we will provide winemaking consulting, wine production (alternating proprietorship and private label), and full custom winemaking services for local vintners and vineyard owners.
The ancient practice by which grape farmers share winemaking facilities is extremely popular in the most prominent wine regions around the world. Custom winemaking is the modern version of this ancient practice of collaborative winemaking, enabling growers to create a product of professional quality at an affordable price while taking advantage of shared knowledge and best practices.
With a full wine bar, tasting room, lounge, and bottle shop, The Wine Collective will be the gathering place for all things wine in Maryland.
