Kellogg's Cultivates Clever Name for Meatless Meat

Kellogg’s Morning Star Farms aligns itself with other healthy brands by offering a plant-based meat substitute called ‘Incogmeato.’ 

Although the Internet communicators found humor in the name, some experts say that the brand is a late adopter to meatless product trends. 

The demand for meat substitutes has boomed as consumers see the products as healthier and more environmentally friendly than beef, with Barclays predicting the global market will reach $140 billion globally in the next 10 years.
