Will Smith and Jay-Z made a unique investment into Hipcamp ⁠— the Airbnb of camping. 

The ‘glamping’ movement now has celebrity supporters. Hipcamp’s mission is to get more people outside participating in recreational adventure and disrupts traditional methods of wandering. 

The investment from Carter and Smith comes as camping has skyrocketed in popularity with younger people looking to escape the deluge of technology in their everyday lives.
