As Recession Fears Clobber the Stock Market, Most Real Estate Equities Dodge the Bullet

    Fears of a recession have helped drive down the price of stocks over the last week with the Dow plunging 800 points on Wednesday. However, during that period, of the 28 real estate stocks tracked by the Real Deal, a real estate industry publication, 15 were up.
