Builders Association Survey Finds Most Americans View Housing affordability at “Crisis” Levels

    A large survey conducted by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) revealed that 80% of those adults surveyed believe that housing affordability has hit “crisis” levels, with a majority saying that the government should do something about it. According to CoreLogic, a leading real estate data and analytics company, home price appreciation will hit 5.4% by 2020.
