[00:00:22] Happy New Year, everybody. The stock market had another great week as tensions with Iran thankfully simmer down.
[00:00:29] The equity crowdfunding markets have started the year off strong Reg. A. Companies raised a total of just over $1 million since last Friday. That is down 8 percent from last week. And Reg. CF companies raised just under 3.5 million dollars since last Friday. This is up 49 percent from last week. We add twenty six new Reg. CF offerings filed this week, 0 Reg. A were qualified and 4 Reg. CF offerings expired. Now, looking at some of the top performers of the week for Regulation A companies StartEngine held the top spot by raising over three hundred and twenty two thousand on StartEngine. Knightscope came in at around one hundred and ninety nine thousand raised on StartEngine and NowRX raised around one hundred sixty three thousand on Seedinvest for Reg. CF companies, Delee had a great week. It came in at over two hundred and twenty thousand on Republic. Kargoo raised a hundred thousand on Seedinvest and Giant Leap Coffee sneaks into the top three this week by raising eighty eight thousand on nextseed. Private equity capital continues to pour into the startup community. We are all very excited about that. We'll be keeping tabs on it every week.
