Fear Grows on Wall Street as Democrats Propose Canceling Student Loan Debt

    Investors in companies who service student loan are raising concerns that the political movement could hurt future earnings.

    Front running democratic candidates Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Sen. Bernie Sanders both have proposed plans to eliminate or reduce the student loan debt that "plagues" young people in the US.

    Analysts continue to challenge leadership in the private student loan servicing industy who insist there is nothing to fear when it comes to privatization of student loan lending.
