The world’s first 3D printer generated neighborhood is under construction by the Austin, Texas-based construction technology company, ICON. The development is in Mexico and targets impoverished households because the homes can be built cheaper and faster than traditional housing.
According to Alexandria Lufci, COO and co-founder of ICON, “It is a house anyone would be proud to live in.”
