The National Association of Realtors (NAR) announced its support of President Trump’s effort to reform the National Environment Policy Act that, they claim, is currently an impediment to increasing the nation’s housing stock. The proposed changes will also expedite the construction of infrastructure, highway and energy pipelines.
Jerry Howard, the president of the National Home Builders Association added, “ We welcome the latest action by the administration to remove barriers that hinder housing and economic growth.”
