Keller Williams and Offerpad Embrace Modified iBuying Model While Expanding into New Markets

    Keller Williams (KW), one of the nation’s largest brokerages, and the iBuying company Offerpad, are expanding their joint buying partnership into two Southern markets, bringing their total market count to 12. Their partnership is unusual in the iBuying category because KW agents act as the listing agent for Offerpad-owned homes.
