NAR Survey Finds Home Buyers and Sellers Optimistic About Housing Market

    In a quarterly survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 63% of those polled said it was a good time to buy a home, and 74% said it was a good time to sell one. It is hoped that this optimism will trigger increased transaction volume in the U.S. housing market.
