New Study Forecasts Historically Low Housing Inventories in 2020

    The year 2020 may see the largest housing shortage in history, according to the 2020 National Housing Forecast from Realtor.com. Currently, only 1 in 10 markets is seeing housing inventory growth which, it is estimated, will result in a 1.8% drop in existing homes for sale in 2020.
