Two California Public Employee retirement funds and a number of hedge funds have increased their equity positions in the online real estate brokerage Redfin. The company recently released its 4th quarter earnings,which showed revenues of $233.2 million, an increase of almost 88% from a year ago.
Thirteen research analysts have given the stock a “buy” rating, one a “strong buy” and only four a “hold” rating.
