Realogy is suing Compass for “unfair business practices and illegal schemes”, claiming that Compass fixes prices, overpays new employees and encourages recruits to violate employment agreements. However, a number of antitrust experts feel Realogy’s suit is misguided because their allegations will be hard to prove.
