Single Family Home Prices Exceed Pre-Great Recession Levels by Over 15%

    Home prices have surpassed their pre-financial crisis peak by 15% in October, according to the S&P Case Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index. Prices were up 3.3% that month vs. a year ago.
