Study Shows First-Time Home Buyers Poised to Enter Market in a Big Way

    In a homebuyer sentiment survey by the National Association of Home Builders, 63% of those who stated they plan to buy a home in 2020 were first-time home buyers, a significant increase of ten percentage points from the year before. Of those most likely to buy a home, Millennials had a 19% share followed by Gen Z with 13%, and Gen X with 12%.
