Beryl Institute study finds that while patients hold negative perceptions about the healthcare industry, they rate personal actions with primary care providers as very favorable

The study finds a 90% satisfaction rate for primary care providers while being dissatisfied with the industry overall. 

Patients have a very poor view of the healthcare industry due to high costs and inconvenience. Seventy-three percent of respondents in a Beryl Institute study reported premiums, drugs, and hospital care are at the top of their concerns. While concerned with the industry, patients note that 66% of them have had a positive experience in the past year.
