**Sixty-four percent of practices surveyed indicate [telemedicine appointment alternatives](https://www.business.com/articles/telemedicine-software-and-medical-practices/) are an immediate goal this year. **

 More than three of every four visits to physician practices, urgent and emergent care facilities could be transitioned to a telemedicine visit by adapting and implementing telemedicine visits. Providers need better systems to manage telemedicine, improvements in telemedicine regulations, and better regulation over telemedicine insurance reimbursement.
