According to Forecast International, “more than 18,000 rotorcraft worth approximately $220.7 billion” will be delivered over the next 10 years in both civil and military markets. Lockheed Martin is expected to collect more than 19% of the dollar value of that market with military sales. Airbus leads in the projected number of civil aircraft sold at more than 19%, or close to 3,500 aircraft to be delivered.
