Boom Supersonic is partnering with Flight Research Inc., to begin planning of a flight test program for Boom’s XB-1 supersonic demonstrator aircraft. Flight testing is expected late in 2020, and Boom expects testing to demonstrate its technology that will lead to for the production of commercially viable supersonic commercial airliners.
